OUR QUALITY POLICY

Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBU), proceeds at a fast pace toward its target to become an innovative, liberal and collaborative university that synthesizes national and universal values by getting strength from our rich historical and cultural legacy; emphasizes the motto “first human, then human and always virtuous human”; attaches priority to educate individuals who have abilities to learn and teach and are respectful to the environment; and aims to be preferred and followed on the first rank at national and international levels. MCBU is a university which provides all services in the field of education and training, research and development with the purpose of contributing to society at regional and national level in an efficient, effective and performance-oriented way and bases on “quality-oriented” management system within the framework of national and international external evaluation standards. In this regard, our quality policy that we have adopted is as below:

(1)  To satisfy all internal and external partners by principally internalizing the understanding of student-centered education and training,

(2) To develop multifaceted, effective and sustainable university-industry cooperation by constantly updating syllabuses in line with international standards and sectorial requirements and including the sector to applied trainings in order to make students eligible in business

(3) To provide necessary resources in order to reach the highest standard in the activities of research and development that will meet the needs of our region and country

(4) To make efficiency-fixated and quality-oriented university environment a manner of life for all partners by ensuring deployment of resources

(5) By reviewing our units and programs with institutional internal evaluation, to establish a collaborative and sustainable quality management understanding which builds upon continuous improvement
